Hi Guys! This class leads us up to a headstand. Be sure to practice this vinyasa flow near a wall so it's there if you're taking the headstand (sirsasana). If you have any neck issues, uncontrolled high blood pressure, glaucoma or it's during your moon cycle, put your legs up against the wall instead.
