Yoga for headaches was requested by Shiri Yaniv. This is a gentle class that is designed to help alleviate your headache. Headaches are, many times, related to tension in the body caused by stress. This yoga class help us to slow down and relax. You will increase circulation in the body which relieves pain and reduces stress. Many of the poses will help to bring more blood and oxygen to the brain. All of these things help to relieve headaches. I'm sorry you have a headache and I really hope that this helps.
