Sunday: 38 min Yoga for Stress Relief: Yin and Yang

It's Sunday and the weekend is coming to a close. Duke's been working hard and has gotten a little stressed about all of his projects. Today's class will help to relieve stress. Yin yoga is passive, where we stretch for longer periods. Yang is where we create heat. Putting them together is wonderful!
