20 minute yoga flow. This vinyasa flow class contains pranayama throughout the practice. We'll practice kabalabhati and agni sara and these practices are very warming and energizing. If you're not used to them, they can be very challenging, so take it easy and do the best that you can. We'll also work to release our psoas muscles. The psoas muscles are also know as the hip flexors and they attach at the lower back and then wrap around the pelvis attaching to the inner thighs. The psoas muscles can become tense from sitting, driving, running or cycling. The muscles are very strong so instead of thinking of stretching them, it's better to focus on relaxing them. We'll relax them today. Let me know in the comments if you found this class energizing. I felt extremely energized after this class!
