Monday: 30 Minute Yoga For Depression

Yoga for depression is a 30 minute class to help when we're feeling blue. There are a lot of postures in this video that focus on lifting our moods. Notice how easy it is to feel sad if your shoulders round forward and your upper body is hunched over...then notice how much easier it is to breathe and feel better when you're sitting up tall with your shoulders back and chest lifted.
