Beginning Yoga Handstand Class

This vinyasa flow was filmed at "baby beach" in Ddana Point. It's a class to start working toward handstands. We'll open the shoulders and do some core strengthening to prepare us to go upside down. If you have injuries, glaucoma, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or if it's during your monthly cycle, inversions are contraindicated, so you can lie on your back with your legs up or put your legs up a wall instead.
