Loving kindness meditation

Loving-Kindness meditation or Metta Bhavana Meditation comes from the Buddhist tradition. It's my personal favorite meditation to practice and share. It is a very powerful and healing practice to help cultivate love (not the romantic kind) towards ourselves and others. When practiced regularly, you'll notice amazing benefits.
