Sunday: 50 Minute Yin Yoga Class
This class is the ultimate slow-down. If you had a long week, you'll love this one. If you're newer to yoga, be mindful to use lots of extra props (I usually use a bunch of pillows at home) to make sure you don't go too deeply into the poses. If you're not used to slowing down on the mat, this will be a challenge...just do the best you can!
