37 Minute Yoga Class Vinyasa Flow to King Pigeon (Eka Pada Rajakapotasana).

During our class today we'll use 2 blocks and a strap. I use a strap to access the full pose because it feels so much better on my body! As always, please practice with mindfulness as you open and stretch your hips, shoulders and upper back.
